On-site picnic area and a children's playground are provided. Living, kitchen and entertainment: The sitting room opens onto the terrace and includes a sofa, dining table and a flat-screen smart TV plus a gaming console. Bedrooms and bathrooms: There are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a bath and a separate shower. A hairdryer is provided and the villa has a balcony and a private entrance. Seafront, sights and practicalities: The property is within minutes' walk of the boardwalk seafront and about an 8-minute walk from Vrisoudia Beach. Central attractions such as the Tombs of the Kings are around 3 to 4 km away and Paphos International Airport is roughly 10 km. Free on-site private parking is available; cycling and scuba diving are possible nearby. Families particularly like the location — they rated it 8.9 for a stay with kids.

Coral Bay Beach

The clear waters at Coral Bay are calm and shallow, making it a popular swimming spot, especially among families and beginners. There are lifeguards on duty, and you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. Snorkelers will enjoy spotting marine life amongst the rocks around the bay, and there are watersports on offer, like windsurfing, hand-gliding, and jet skiing. Rent a paddle boat and enjoy an hour out on the water. Parking is free, and there are shower and restroom facilities. Coral Bay Avenue is lined with restaurants and cafes—visit in the summer months when the weather is warm, but on weekdays for fewer crowds.

Landa Beach is a Blue Flag sandy beach in Ayia Napa, Famagusta District, Cyprus, located about 4 km west of the town centre between Nissi Bay and Makronissos. The 400-metre stretch of fine golden sand has calm, clear waters and facilities such as toilets, changing rooms, sunbeds and water-sports. Lifeguards are on duty from April to October, and the beach provides disabled access including a special wheelchair at the lifeguard tower to assist entry into the sea. A coastal footpath links Landa to nearby beaches and the Makronissos tombs, and the area has car parking and picnic spots.
