Guests will find a terrace, one balcony and a garden area for outdoor relaxation. Living room and kitchen: The living room includes a sofa bed, TV and a dining table. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A washing machine and hairdryer are also provided. Bedrooms and bathroom: The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom, which provides both a bath and shower. Wardrobe storage is available in the sleeping areas. Coral Bay Beach

The clear waters at Coral Bay are calm and shallow, making it a popular swimming spot, especially among families and beginners. There are lifeguards on duty, and you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. Snorkelers will enjoy spotting marine life amongst the rocks around the bay, and there are watersports on offer, like windsurfing, hand-gliding, and jet skiing. Rent a paddle boat and enjoy an hour out on the water. Parking is free, and there are shower and restroom facilities. Coral Bay Avenue is lined with restaurants and cafes—visit in the summer months when the weather is warm, but on weekdays for fewer crowds.

Landa Beach is a Blue Flag sandy beach in Ayia Napa, Famagusta District, Cyprus, located about 4 km west of the town centre between Nissi Bay and Makronissos. The 400-metre stretch of fine golden sand has calm, clear waters and facilities such as toilets, changing rooms, sunbeds and water-sports. Lifeguards are on duty from April to October, and the beach provides disabled access including a special wheelchair at the lifeguard tower to assist entry into the sea. A coastal footpath links Landa to nearby beaches and the Makronissos tombs, and the area has car parking and picnic spots.
