We collect the details you give us when you reserve a villa — your name, email address, phone number and any notes for the host — and use them only to run your booking, take payment where payment is live, and meet our obligations to local tax authorities.

Availability and pricing information is public. Reservation details are private: only you and the operator of this site can see the stays attached to your account.

We don't sell your data and we don't share it with anyone outside the booking process, other than the host of the villa you booked and the payment provider used to take the deposit.

A reservation holds your dates against the villa's calendar and is confirmed once the deposit and balance have been paid. Until then, the reservation shows as requested in your trips.

Free cancellation applies up to 14 days before check-in; after that the first night and the cleaning fee are retained. Security deposits are refunded in full within seven days of check-out, less any damage agreed with the host.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00. Guests are responsible for the property during their stay and for any local lodging levy shown at checkout, which is collected on behalf of the municipality.
